Health Fair

The preventive diagnostic testing is presented to the residents in the form of a health fair, which starts with basic education taught by our physician. On the day of the fair, our team comes to your facility and sets up stations in an area designated by you. We start off by checking blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and per doctors orders, we perform ultrasound (abdominal, echo, thyroid, carotid, and PVP). We also do allergy tests, pulmonary (breathing) tests, take blood samples, and nerve conduction. The results will be interpreted by specialists and will be discussed with the patients at a follow up visit, which is scheduled the day of the initial health fair. Results will also be available for the patients primary care physician for review at our office.

*You will not be asked to switch your PCP. The Health Fair program is designed to be a form of preventive medicine and all records can be requested from our office by the patient or their Primary Care Physician.

We provide FREE transportation for the patient, between their home and our facility!
